Technical Specialist
Help clients grow their businesses by solving strategic and tactical business problems with IBM’s proven cognitive, hybrid cloud and hardware technology solutions. Deliver industry-centric technology solutions to clients of all sizes and markets.
Rotational Sales Specialist
The Rotation Program is a twenty-four month development program. During your first six months, we provide extraordinary sales, technology, and industry solution training. You then will complete two nine-month rotations as a full-time digital seller. We will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to make an immediate impact and achieve individual growth as a leader.
Senior Sales Specialist
Develop and execute long-term consultative sales strategies to grow current clients and generate new business opportunities. Collaborate with IBM sales, technical, executive, product development, financial, and other support resources to deliver extraordinary client engagements.

Qualifications
Educational qualifications
All Summit Program applicants for full time positions are required to have a completed bachelor's or master's degree before the projected start date of the position to which they apply. Required and preferred degrees vary by position:
Technical Solution Specialist:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or similar disciplines
Sales Rotation Program:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Integrated Information Technology or similar disciplines
Senior Client Relationship Representative:
- Master's degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or similar disciplines
Professional qualifications
- A track record of team collaboration and leadership
- Experience leveraging business acumen to develop value-added recommendations to business problems
- Motivation to accomplish sales and business objectives
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and skills to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Aptitude to learn and use innovative selling technologies (e.g., analytics, social media) to network, engage clients, identify new business opportunities, and translate business requirements into technology solutions
- Prior work experience in client sales or service preferred
- Readiness to 25% travel annually
- Excellent English communication skills
