Client Representative Trainee

is an elite program designed to support Greater China Group (GCG) GEO expansion strategy by fostering the “Blue sales force” and equip up them with comprehensive IBM skills and competency through well designed structure and utilizing existing training programs to maximize quality of the training and return of this program.

This is a comprehensive program to help Client Representative Trainee speedy immersed into IBM working environment. Through a series learning activities, on-the-job training, mentoring and dynamic experience of hands-on selling, client interaction, business knowledge, internal processes, teaming and collaboration within IBM, our trainee could quickly equip up our fresh “Blue sales force” and be trained up as client-facing consultative sales and/or Information Technology specialist to respond to the client’s business demand.

Spend 10-12 weeks or up to 1 year with IBM Hong Kong as part of the Bluepathway Internship & Placement Program. This hands-on, tailored experience will teach you to apply your development skills in the cognitive computing era. Interns receive team assignments to a variety of business units and earn the opportunity to work on relevant and timely projects that impact IBM clients. The internship and Placement Program provides participants with the following opportunities for professional development:

Mentorship from an IBMer throughout the program.
Exposure to IBM leadership and access to a weekly Executive Speaker Series.
Biweekly one-on-one’s with management.
Community service activity with fellow interns.
Social activities to forge relationships away from the office.

A large percentage of interns who complete the the Bluepathway Internship & Placement Program receive recommendations for full-time employment or a return internship. Internships & Placement application start in February onwards and job begin in Early June each year.
